HotelCenter-USA.com contracts with major tour companies, hotels and suppliers in order to assure availability of hotel rooms and vacation rentals at great prices. We also offer Disney World! We offer these rooms to consumers and the travel agent community*. HotelCenter-USA.com does not impose minimum night stays, unless of course specified by your hotel of choice or during holiday periods and special events as determined by the hotels. In either event you will be notified upon confirmation of your booking.

Payment Policy:
As in any purchase when you book a room with us, we charge your credit card immediately. Modifications are not permitted in our system, to modify a reservation you must cancel and rebook with your corrected information. This will incur a 10% cancellation fee for which you will be advised via email confirmation.

Credit Card Security:
Hotelcenter-usa.com is committed to maintaining the highest level of security that is why once your reservation is confirmed and paid for, you will have to print out the actual voucher that must be signed, and presented to the hotel upon check-in.

You will experience delays if the voucher is not presented upon check-in.

Should you encounter any problems the voucher contains an 800 number, which will connect you to a customer service representative that can assist you with check-in. The Hours of operation are 07:00 EST to 19:00 EST most check-in times are 3 PM on day of arrival hotels are not required to assign a room earlier than the stipulated time.
